A classical concert by Sara Chenal (violin) and Jean-Pierre Ferey (piano), performing "Female violin". Then, the world premiere of composer Pascale Jakubowski's Migration de la Belle Dame. The piece will be performed by Sara Chenal (Violin and Sampo).
Musinfo association provides the Sampos used for composing, preparing the concert and the concert itself in the framework of the RéDi-Musix project.
A debate in the presence of the musicians, conducted by Fabienne Bureau, Director of France Bleue Loire Océan, will close up the evening.
Sara Chenal
First prize with distinction in violin at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Lyon in 2003, Sara Chenal attended advanced violin classes at the Rotterdams Conservatorium. A full-time member of the orchestra at the Opera of Dijon (1996-2001), she subsequently veered to a career as a soloist and chamber music player: first as member in a string trio then a duet “Cordes et âmes / Strings and Souls”, and since 2006 she has played as first violin in the “Sine Qua Non” string quartet.
She is regularly invited to different chamber music festivals as a soloist

Pascale Jakubowski
Pascale Jakubowski is a French composer born in Algeria. She pursued her studies in musical writing, composition and analysis at the national music school of Bordeaux.
She has been a teacher of composition, musical education and musical analysis for nine years for students and teachers both of national and regional schools of music. Since 2007, she has been teacher of musical analysis and composition at Massenet Conservatory of Saint-Étienne.
